“We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defence, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”

PRACTICAL POSITIONS ON MAJOR ISSUES 

HEALTHCARE & TAXATION 

     As presently designed, the proposed healthcare bill is far less then perfect and contains compromises upon compromises and allows immoral profiteers to rape the system. Seeming like it may need 1 vote in the Senate to pass filibuster, I say, “scrap it”. What got us to the way we now are was by once having a non-profit, fee-for-service healthcare system. This is what made America’s Healthcare great. Then physicians and dentists were not for profit or the hospitals and the Insurance companies, mainly Blue Cross/Blue Shield. Once the lawyers took control of the AMA and ADA there went that for the now for profit insurance companies came into control. Obama must return to his campaign pledge of single payer not for profit Healthcare. 

   In our Nation we currently have so many cash tax cheats that if we went to a non-regressive Value Added Tax (VAT) like Europe, there would be no way for cash revenue companies or for one to avoid not paying one’s taxes on their cash earnings. More then enough can be raised to provide almost “Free Healthcare” for all! 

     If one wants to see “Sarah Palin-like” Death panels, just let our President and Congress chose the alternative of CO-OP’s over the Public Option? Would you go to a CO-OP knowing it was going Bankrupt? No, not me, Oh my! For perhaps someday you may be on their decision tree to pull the plug on you just to save money! That’s what the same-like closed panel HMO’s did!  

    It is unethical and immoral for one to regressively make a profit from one’s misfortunes. One’s illness is one’s misfortune, yet we’ve allowed in the last 60 years, a profit based mentality to invade all segments of Healthcare and other areas to one’s misfortunes. Iraq War 

     Prior to Bush ’43 going into Iraq, I wrote him that he’d better level with the American people as to his reasons and not that for weapons of mass destruction or Al Queda or it would come back to haunt him. Bush’s objective was to establish a true American controlled democracy right next door to Iran and Saudi Arabia and let those people smell the Roses. Did it back fire on him when it soon became a Holy war with us caught right smack dab in the middle. 

Afghan War 

     After 9/11, it was Al Queda we were after for revenge. Bush felt that the Taliban would let us in for their due bills owed to us for coming to their aid in throwing the Russians out. Not so, they turned their guns which we gave them, on us! True they gave Ben Laden safe haven, but did we negotiate with them first “quid pro quo” before we invaded NO! We then had to start fighting another Holy war. 

No, one, but No one, wins Holy Wars! 

Illegal Latino & Hispanic Immigration! 

     Not that this candidate feels it’s now that necessary, for who else will do the menial and farm work labor in this Nation? But for those who do, we should consider this. In our ports we now have multitudes of one-way, 40 foot empty shipping containers which just sit there and rust. Stack them up two high and end-to-end with electrified razor wire and wahla! A coast to coast High Border Crossing Barrier, the very Quick & Easy Way! (There is said to be 1969 miles to the coast- to- coast US/Mexican Border. Therefore, the maximum number of empty (40’) containers approximate 129,954 stacked, two high. Even if we had to make all new containers, at around $12,000. each, that would approximate $ 1.56 Billion dollars. (Piddles!!)  For now if by sea, we use machine gun mounted pilot-free surveillance drones! 

     Tunnels you may ask? Just tell them that each container emits powerful emitting into ground RADAR which kills 200’ into the ground and they just won’t even go there! 

Foreclosures & Economy! 

     Another area of one’s misfortune from Unjust Enrichment which leads to undue stress, illness and mental illness! Yet they ban smoking most everywhere. It was all the governments fault for being regressive for history tends to repeat itself. 

     Open up “FHA Reverse Mortgages to anyone who has been in their home for over ten years. This will also omit many of those who acquired their homes with sub-prime mortgages. Permit them even if one owns a second home up for sale as a result of hardship or re-location. 

     For the Economy, the Banks, Insurance Companies and Wall Street must be financially and criminally punished. The scam continues by allowing them to hold on to their toxic assets by providing them “cheap money” from their depositor’s, TARP and the Fed Window! They wait now cheaply with their toxic assets for the housing market to brighten, sell more mortgages to a captive audience and reap huge profits from unjust enrichment. Let’s now turn off the faucets and have them pay much higher depositor interest, pay back Tarp, from their returned huge profits using your cheap money! Once the Banks are in gear like they once were to be our economically sound then things should straighten out. 

     On or around ‘67/’68 we began re-distributing wealth to the top 3% of wage earners or the very wealthy and away from the middle class and poor. This has continued for the last 40 years and partly contributed to where our economy is now at by this undemocratic capitalist way of unregulation, de-regulation, warmongers, profit-mongers off the ill and outright un-ethical scoundrels, scam artists, ponzi and pyramid schemers, Madof’s, Bankers, Insurance, Wall Street, Mortgage Brokers, Appriasers and where being in the chemical business is selling cleaning supplies. And let us not forget those Shark lawyers and politicians who all operate within an untoward enriching system they all created for themselves for communal Indian Tribes didn’t require lawyers and/or politicians. 

UNIVERSAL GAY RIGHTS 

     How can we expect people who were never taught the distinction of the words “May” and “Can” as they relate to one’s intelligence or don’t know the distinction of what’s perishable from non-perishable to understand the entire concept of GAY Rights? 

     We must begin teaching EVOLUTION in all our schools. For those who were never taught or don’t understand it, won’t ever understand why being sexually different is not unusual. All lower forms of Living have some degree of asexual, uni-sexual or bi-sexual patterns. Most flower’s, in itself, are bi-sexual having a stigma (Female pollen receiving part) and pollen producing stamens, (the male pollen producing part). Many Dogs even display asexual, bi-sexual or uni-sexual behavior but we still love them all the same. Also, gay Penguins? How can we ever expect these same blindfolded people from ever accepting the same, in people? 

     As for Gays in the military, a highly trained and highly motivated killer is a killer, is a killer. One’s sex is only number 7 on the Human’s motivational scale as Food, Water, Shelter, Clothes, Health and Hygiene, precede it. And believe me from my own military experience, can that Military of ours motivate one to Kill! Kill! Kill or be killed! 

ENVIRONMENT & ENERGY 

     We are being told by many experts that our planet Earth is now going through its normal 20,000 year warming/cooling cycle. So global warming just may be a myth? 

     However this candidate also knows that we are depleting our natural resources of fuel at dramatic rates and placing lots of schmutz in our air. As for waste, even our highly treated waste water is polluted. This candidate feels that our scientist’s are not putting their heads together to come up with simple solutions. Even the blades on our modern and sophisticated wind mills are inefficiently, aerodynamically designed. They have not even considered human and animal waste as a cheap source of Ethanol that requires no expensive fertilizer to grow! A greater emphasis on science must be employed rather then just relying on a “rush-to-market” from new found companies and with most, using our money!  

     Before we proceed with wind farms in Cape Cod Bay, we must assure that they are the most efficiently and aerodynamically designed to maximize wind energy and that they be painted Navy Bluish/Grey to blend into the sea when viewed from the shore. Serious efforts must also be made in development of wave and tide energy for our off-shore seas are a natural. Whatever is placed must be thoroughly tested for long term performance for if they still can’t build a boat or plane that doesn’t require much expensive maintenance and repair when in salt water how do they make a wind generator that will? All the cost savings they provide would be soaked up by very frequent maintenance. 

ABORTION RIGHTS! 

New thing now from Hallmark! “Happy Conception Day”! 

     For this Candidate, got to tell ya and be honest! I’m an anti-abortion person. For me, I won’t even pick a flower or kill an ant! But that isn’t where the problem lies but rather the impingement and infringement by others on the rights of others just on one’s own beliefs. Unlike myself, there are those who pick flowers, kill ants and shot to kill animals for the sport of it. Some perhaps are the very same people who are anti-abortion protestors and even kill the very clinicians who perform the abortions?  

     But what can we expect from a mostly un-educated crowd who were never taught what the different principles of which this Nation was founded on? Long before Bill Maher, this Candidate was always asking “What happened to 7^th and 8^th grade civics and mostly don’t even know the distinction of the simple three-letter words, “May” and Can as they relate to what’s highly probable and above the level of mere speculation and to that of which is only possible? Or how this all relates to what’s an intelligent conclusion from that which is deficiently only a logical conclusion? 

ILLEGAL DRUGS 

     I was once taught in 7^th grade Civics that here in this Nation, unlike other Nation’s, we are all born free and clear to commit suicide as a matter of privacy. It is not the taking of illegal drugs which is the crime, but rather the possession of or distribution of illegal drugs, which are the crimes regardless how the law may be stretched.  

     Look it folks. If someone wishes to recklessly kill themselves without causing any harm to others, then let them, if they’re that stupid! Maybe all drug addicts will follow suit and now do likewise especially now that Michael Jackson has made it so Vogue! And there goes, down the sink, our drug problem, right, real QUICK! 

EDUCATION 

     We must now stop teaching for the test and go back to teaching content and how to process it in something called reasoning! Indeed, teaching for the test made up for so many incompetent teachers, but this must change now. During the last 50 years there were so many un-tested and un-proven curriculums and teaching methodologies introduced and employed by the new found Educational Specialist. In one such notable school district they even went as far as first teaching in first grade cursive writing while having their students begin reading the printed word! That lasted only one year! 

     We must begin testing the teachers in the content that they’re teaching for many don’t know the very content and facts which they teach. 
 
 
 
 

LOBBYING & CAMPAIGN CONTRIBUTIONS 

     Throw the Bums off this Planet! We cannot afford to continue on a “quid pro quo” system of funding campaigns. It wasn’t meant to be the American Way! Campaigns must be solely funded by the PEOPLE and not “deep pocket” special interests! Look now what it did to us? 

     In Medicare Part “D” (Drugs) it’s sometimes cheaper to just walk in off the street to buy generic or patented drugs then to use one’s Medicare Part D, provision. Just the other day, I walked into my branch of a nationwide pharmacy to pick up a 10 day supply (40) of the antibiotic “Keflex” (generic). “Sir! Your co-pay on this is $7.00, quipped the clerk” “Now let me ask you, if I just walked in off the street with no insurance, how much then would it cost?” “Um! Let me look”, said the clerk. Coming back, he said, “Sir if you had a prescription for a three months supply (360), I can sell you that for $10.00!” Does this rip off make sense or non-sense? G-d only knows what Medicare pays the pharmacy for their share of my 10 day supply? With the donut hole, many seniors today starve to death in order to afford the drugs to stay alive! 

     President Obama tells us that the very deep pocket drug industry contributed so much to his new proposed Healthcare plan that it’s taken a huge financial burden away from the government. Yet they still get away with charging exorbitant, non-negotiated, retail costs to the people and to Medicaid and Medicare and leaving the VA only with negotiated prices for drugs. We’re also told that foreign made drugs may be inferior to our own, yet most of our own are made in foreign countries taking advantage of very favorable tax incentives. 

UNEMPLOYMENT 

   With real unemployment well over 10%, many who were laid off from the private and then public sectors have or soon will be running out of benefits. What then, Welfare? Food Lines? Tent City? Cardboard Boxes? The warm Shark laden Beach? 

    In the private sector, all companies and corporations where the top 5 Executives total remuneration averaged, (“a to be determined” percentage) above the average worker and were laying off average workers, they would be penalized with monies going into a fund to continue paying all “On Going” unemployment benefits. They would continue paying into this fund until a like number of new hires reach the same level, as prior to layoffs.  

Corporate Abuse 

     While this candidate is strongly a free capitalist enterpriser, he is pragmatic enough to know that an un-regulated capitalistic private sector as we’ve witnessed lately, can be worse and immature then as those “Cheerleaders” “Gone Wild”! 

     With Banks promoting online banking and debit cards, it has been recently reported that bank fees alone from overdrafts will topple over $26.5 Billion over the next year. Just today I need waste my time going to the Bank to reconcile about, $350.00., worth of overdraft fees. This, for a wire transfer that got placed into a wrong checking account and of no fault of my very own. 

    In the service sector of cable TV and cell phones, most companies now require us to Pre-Pay for monthly service and prior to when the services are rendered. This is just not the “American Way”. Then if you’re late pre-paying they have the Gaul to shut down your service until their pre-payment is received and perhaps also report you as paying late to a essentially non-recourse credit bureau. G-d forbid, if they owe you money for erroneous billing over a 2 year period. They then say they can only go back 6 months for a credit to you while ignoring the statue of limitations of the very state you live in. 

     The best yet are the many cell phones that are admittedly not made for outdoor use and the charger contacts corrode. However, it soon becomes spouse-like, “all your fault” for getting the phone wet in the first place. One major cause of contact corrosion is mere condensation when one walks out from a cold air conditioned indoor environment to a very humid and hot outdoor one. Again it becomes, “all your fault”, while they ignore any implied warranty of merchantability for their very defective, intended designed use. However, there is one very reputable domestic company that makes a cell phone to military specification and where this universal condensation problem does not present a problem. 

     And finally, we have to stop relying on the Holy dollar in our outflow of dollars. We ship them off by selling off our corporations and real estate to foreign entities with the hope that they’ll all soon come back in some sort of investment in this very safe country. Someday soon, we’ll all be fooled! 

MENTAL HEALTH 

     Life has never been so complex for the average person

and extremely difficult to struggle through day-by-day. Daily stress is at its utmost, driving many into clinical depression and of no fault of their own. We’ve regressed and please go back and re-read that preamble and ask yourself, why? Why? Is and was caused by the very Politician’s running against me. Instead of progressively improving matters, they’ve just about sold the kitchen sink and the kitchen table and given free reign to lobbyists, large corporations and all those Lawyers. Our Court’s of Law have never been so full or has the Shrinks office! So many have just thrown up their hands, daily take their anti-depressants and begin living day-by-day. Interest rates & Bank Fees, which are above usury levels are allowed to increase to rise above the “Merchant of Venice’s” “pound of flesh” lender. One, who just pays the monthly minimum, will never retire their debt.  

       One must also remember that Adaptation or Mutation gradually occurs over millenniums of time. It has only been a relatively very short 450 years since western humankind took on the Division of Labor form of lifestyle from that of, communal living. Then, where others helped us survive in our collective symbiotic daily effort. To sum it up, Indian Tribes didn’t need Lawyers! Now we’re regressively left alone to confront the very stresses of daily living all our own for “A Care-Free Donald”, we’re mostly not! This in a corrupted minded regressive system Lawyers and Politicians all selfishly created for themselves. 

DEBT vs. GDP 

     At the end of WWII, if you think my parents worried about the huge debt they would leave their children and children’s children to pay off, worry no more. When things need be done, they need be done at any cost to protect that above Pre-Amble. Public Debt is that Debt which includes the Social Security Trust Fund and other intra-government debt. It’s really not all debt, for much is paid out from the future earnings of everyone. Compare for yourself the Gross Debt to GDP ratio, from 1950 to now?

WELFARE 

    Welfare is not what Voltaire’s Dr. Pangloss satirically ranted and philosophized in Candide’, in that, “individual misfortunes create general welfare so that the more individual misfortunes there are, the more all is well.” 

     When we are all assessed at a bank or other lender to qualify for a prime loan, our Asset to Liability ratio and our ability to repay the loan are closely examined. In the ‘30’s macro-economics came to be to examine the economy’s performance by our GDP to National Debt ratio. So we essentially get double-talked particularly now that they state budgetary items in 10 year term, spending. 

     As of 2009, the total assets of the United States is said to be approaching $200 trillion. Our GDP is approaching $13 trillion while our Public Debt is approaching $12 trillion, including the Soc. Security Trust Fund of over $2.5 Trillion. Over the next 10 year period we are expected to spend a bit over $10 trillion for Welfare or about $1 trillion per year. Is 1/200^th or 0.5% of our total Assets too much to bear for this great Nation to show some compassion to its downtrodden and misfortunate? 

     For at 4% interest, $200 Trillion in assets would bear $8 Trillion in Interest while our entire net debt is only $10 Trillion and our GDP $11.4 Trillion, if one considers the trust fund.  

     Some may say this is Socialism, but Socialism is when the government directly overtakes or partakes in production like in printing money or minting coins. 

Patents & Trademark 

Patents 

     Particularly for the medical and related sciences, our current patent laws are archaic and regressive. Patents offer one the protection of their intellectual property and the exclusive right to be compensated

for their efforts and which should not be denied. 

     However for this day and age, they inhibit the sharing of this intellectual property prior to patent publication and issue. Researcher’s of diseases and cures are reluctant to publish in scientific publications until the patent actually issues several years later for they are then afforded no protection to their intellectual property. Although much of which they’re patenting was supported by government funding. 

    We must figure out another way so one’s research findings can be published for sharing and still afford protection to intellectual property. 

Trademark Abuse 

     Our Trademark laws prohibit one to deceive by trademark use. It is proper for a parent company like “GM” to use its parent trademark logo together with the cars of their wholly owned subsidiary or Division, such as “Buick” as the Buick Motor Car Division of GM. 

      Today, many parent holding companies use their trademarks to deceive and do not identify the wholly owned subsidiary or division you’re doing business with. By way of an example, If Fast Food Inc. (“FFI”) just went by “FFI” one would think its all one company? Then if you go to sue them for poison or indigestion, they claim foul in Court for you did not sue their wholly owned incorporated, French Fry Division or their separate Cheeseburger from Hamburger division. And they also claim the parent had nothing to do with causing the indigestion. Makes sense or non-sense?

Other Quirks of Our Government. 

     Presently at FDA, one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing! In 1974, a panel of expert dermatologists under the purview of FDA’s Bureau of Cosmetics deemed a certain liquid chemical POISON and rendered it injurious to humans. FDA then banned its use in a very non-invasive topical application and in rather, small quantity.  

     On the other hand, this same very adverse liquid POISON is today still allowed to be used by another FDA Bureau in fairly larger quantity in “Bone Cements” for very invasive internally placed hip & knee replacements and adjacent to very vital tissues and organs and while patients are needlessly dying everyday on the operating table from it and with no long term studies of those who may die from it once off the operating table and where much safer Bone Cements are now used in Europe. 

     U.S. District Court and other Judges, citing precedent case law without first reading their cite and whereby their cite against you, when read, actually supports and reinforces your case they just dismissed. 

     The Social Security Admin., suggesting upon one’s birth that one’s Social Security card should be kept in a safe place and not ever be carried on one’s person and then 65 years later, telling Seniors to keep their Medicare card always on their person at all times and which uses the same number.  

Want More? 

     Let’s now not even discuss all the contractors the government now uses at all levels, including the military. With the high paid mercenaries employed in Iraq and Afghanistan and who were injured, they now want VA returning injured Vet Benefits from our government. 

WHY LUSTY? 

     “Lusty” has over 45 years of gaining much practical wisdom and knowledge, unselfishly serving the worldwide dental industry and profession and he just sees these things right smack in his face and no one had to buckle up his seat belt for him. His creative activities in dental education and dental materials helped change the way dentistry is practiced here in America and then the world. His work in many ways has bettered Humankind and the way dentistry and its techniques and materials are now clinically used.  

     “Lusty” began his career certainly not fed from a Silver spoon or off a Silver platter! However, many doors were opened for him from his association with his late, highly respected father, who also had over 47 years of great accomplishment working in the same arena, before him. 

     This is now a “grass seed” campaign for we have the seed and soon the water to watch the grass roots take hold. In Lusty’s GARDEN everything flourishes and it’s what makes sense rather then non-sense that finally BLOOMS amongst the weeds! 

     Finally, hardly anyone has suffered through what Lusty has suffered through since his wife’s premature passing of three years ago. Of no fault of his own, but rather the irresponsible fault of Banks, Mortgage Lenders, inept Lawyers, The Courts and Wall Street, Lusty’s Life Savings for all his work in improving humankind went to nothing!     Where in other states, the Attorney’s General brought suit against Countrywide under their respective fraudulent and corrupt business Acts on behalf of all Homeowners in their state and all won large settlements. In our state, our Attorney General and opposing candidate did nothing, as of yet. Is perhaps Bank of America one of her larger contributors considering their extensive holdings and operations in this state? 
 

A PROMISE 

     This Candidate hereby promises the people of this Commonwealth that he will only serve for one term in the U.S. Senate unless called back by a plurality of popular demand.  

      Whereby it is true that the benefits reaped to the various states from the unfair Seniority System in Congress can be enormous, this state already has a very active young Senator with seniority. This non-regressive, moderate candidate promises to work hand-in-hand with that Senator and across party lines during this term to continue bringing numerous benefits to this state and for the people of this Nation. Also, this Candidate intends to retain all the current staff of his predecessor’s office. 

     In so doing, this candidate will not fall victim to any quid pro quo, dirty lobbyist tactics or dirty money from any special interest group and be free to choose as he may for only, to or for, the benefit of the PEOPLE with an emphasis to the “Pre-Amble” of the Constitution of the United States and which should never be forgotten!

          American's ever since pre- Colonial days were always itching to fight battles as we now carry fully loaded assault rifles near the President for show and perhaps with also an itch to carry on with the tradition? Post WWII, we also did not heed President Ike's parting warning to beware of the huge, warmonger, Defense Industry, the war created. As today, we need wars to support their war-mongering while using the excuse, we need find new, non-competitive markets for our products. 

     Renato, you have to consider the U.S. was essentially founded by Puritans from England and who were fighters and always had to arm and defend themselves from the Anglican Kings and Church. Much later, by the very conservative Roman Catholics from Ireland. And were there gun fights for territory. Our mores and morals today are quite different then those of the Renaissance countries of Europe. For you were introduced to Avant-Garde, long before us.   

     The Great War, America didn’t get the opportunity of entering many new markets afterwards as victors against the vast Ottoman Empire. Then the vast empire was broken up into the French and British mandates and which represented vast new markets, for both. 

     After World War II, we learned that countries like Italy and Japan which we post war totally occupied soon became dear friends and as trading partners, new markets emerged for us for our exports. We didn’t cash in like the Soviet Union did because Roosevelt was out to appease Stalin at the Yalta Conference before wars end, over Churchill’s objection so to entice Stalin to join our efforts in the Pacific. 

    Then, Stalin didn’t put fear in America and was too busy with his own internal agenda. Then came the mainland Chinese Revolution which aroused our fears for Eastern Asia and we assumed the Chinese together with the Soviet Union would begin employing the domino effect to take over other Asian country neighbors for the results of the Yalta conference had worked out so well for them and now the Soviet Union would establish new export markets. Mainland China was still in the dark ages and had no real money anyway to buy anything. 

     After a stale mate in Korea as a U.N. police action, we entered Vietnam when the French left and left South Vietnam with no way for it to defend itself against the invading N. Vietnamese. However our think tanks in Washington thought for sure this was a great opportunity for the U.S. to war against China as then a gateway in later years, to a vast market, where we wouldn’t have European or much Soviet competition for there wasn’t much love and affection between them anyway for Russians didn’t know how to use an abacus and all Americans were taught to use one. As that all came to pass! 

     We came to realize after WWII that the way to make friends is to start a war with them and then Chinese assisted, N. Vietnam was just that opportunity while looking at what was happening in Japan as an export market and with rather cheap imports to us. Midway through that war, all of a sudden it seemed that Mainland China had pretty much given up militarily supporting N. Vietnam and with the Soviet’s now taking over. Perhaps the abacus driven Chinese wisdom also saw a bi-lateral great opportunity with a very rich nation and where prior, they once had great friendly ties to and knowing that the U.S. was headed in a service sector economy rather then industrial production. Russia really never presented a scare to us for they never really got their internal affairs in order despite their many lies and threats and couldn’t even get one 5 year plan, going. Yalta soon came back too haunt them! The former East Germany as you know didn’t even have enough money for paint or to re-pave their roads.  

     Getting back to WWII, had it not been for Germany breaching the Munchen accords and invading Holland and Belgium, Roosevelt would still be picking his nose of what side of the war to side with? After the invasion of the Netherlands and Belgium in ’40, the shameful resignation of Chamberlain and then the liberal Churchill taking over Great Britain and that, together with Pearl Harbor in late ’41, Roosevelt was left with not too many other options up his nose to pick at.  

     For had we chosen the other side, now only for their “good't Bier”and very firm blonde, blue eyed fraulein, you would now be schpeaking in very demanding, intimidating and very unromantic vords and terms like, Frau, mit and mitout, schmuck, schmuckess, danka, bitta, Schwinehocksen, Rauchenschenken,  Weinaschnitzel, Sauerbraten, Schpatzel , Sauerkraut, Sauerbraten, Platz, Strasse, Naben, Morgan, and Gezelschaft Furrher, and eating thick sausage Bayeriechen Brat mit a bissel Bloodwurst, mit Headcheese from Munchen. And dealing with such and the best of the grey-less and the longest of all, “Privateautoparkingplatz”. All that for “Reserved Parking”. You’ll soon see what I mean by void of any grey matter? A reserved obvious spot, meant for an obvious car but which also must be included in Black and White terms to be understood by most. 

     Instead of drivng a Massaratti, it would be a Volksvagen Golf (Rabbit) or an auto from Bayereicher Motor Werken  (BMW) to platz in that Platz! U would be thinking only in simple minded Black or White terms with no "common sense" to what’s obvious and taking orders from your kinder and Herr. Fuehrer and mit no Grey and also following very strict orders from der Herr. Fuehrer, to rape, every young attractive girl called a Fraulein and forget about the sagging old black dressed widows, now being called a Frau, in desperate need of a Bier or a Bra! 

     Finally, Herr. Fuehrer Hitler, would issue an edict for all Italian’s to remove any vowel from their surname, like conquering Napoleon once did in ordering everyone to take a surname and hence such crazy Dutch names as "Littlebigjohn". So a “Basso Bike” would now be named a Bass Bik. And your world re-known brother Marino would be Marin Bass and u, Renat Bass, and Alcide, Alcid Bass! (www.bassobikes.com) 

     The krauts would have even confiscated and made claim to all your fine precision Italian made light weight bike frames along with all the Italian Art in the Vatican and Firenz along with all the pre-dating Etruscan art in Tuscan and leave you Volk's at Bass with only tires and rims to go now into the wheelchair fabrication business, now as “Basso went the Bikes” and now the “O”!  

     Soon after the war, for our returning troops benefit for fighting for your cause and to save your precision made bike frames from German confiscation, Congress here soon passed the G.I. Bill of Rights, which afforded them much in the way of housing, health and educational assistance, amongst other benefits. Here, people then lived mostly in center city or nearby, in tenements, like in the “Old Country”, to walk to or be near mass transportation to get to work. But since the returning troops can now afford their own home, they then had to go to the outlying, less congested and populated areas for available land to build a relatively cheap, quickly built house on a slab.  

     Now called the nearby “Lily White” suburbs, this by the outreaching norms of the sociological concept of the concentric zone. Remembering there weren’t very many Blacks who served in WWII. Public transportation from these new outlying areas to work in the center city was lax or missing then. So if using a car to go to work either to center city or to where public transportation was available, it wasn't really quick or direct on poorly accessed roads. If you required your teenage kids to go to work, it meant you buy them a used car on a Silver platter for there was no local transportation for them to even consider going to work. So soon there were 4 cars in every driveway and 4 chickens for everyone’s pot!  

     Then with trailer trucks becoming bigger, better, faster, safer and more affordable for shipping with economy of scale savings, there became the need for better roads to center city. Your head honcho savior, Gen. Eisenhower (Ike) as President, had the foresight to begin building the Interstate Highway System linking near everywhere in the US to near everywhere and at a great cost and using (Opps! I forgot this word) "Autobahn", as his model. 

     Soon after, there became relatively fast and inexpensive Jet Travel for both business and pleasure for an airplane sitting on the ground or flying longer then required is like a hooker sitting at a bar, both aren’t making any money! Then, up popped Fast Food, Conventions and sales meetings, near everywhere. Motels, Hotels and even Escort Services, Massage Parlors and Topless Bars popped up all over to serve the traveling public's needs and greatly expand our domestic economy. This with US paid for and then very competitive high construction and production now happening in Europe from, I think, it was called the Mac Arthur Act? Oppps! The Marshall Plan with Marshall being an American name! Not the same as in Marshall law which you were then essentially living under by occupying forces. Prior business travel was very limited and inconvenient unless it was to a convention or such and very instrumental to one's business and where then one took mostly the railroad for propeller driven air travel was then relatively expensive. 

     Young hot to trot and very virile returning war veterans soon were in need of a wife. Many artistic single women during the many man-less war years began drifting to the growing Bohemian/Hippie movement coffee houses which mainly had its beginnings in New York’s, Greenwich Village. So where did these shell-shocked guys go to hang? Yop! NY’s Greenwich Village to meet single, yet artistically creative but strangely dressed attractive “New Age” ladies and who possessed quite the liberal sexuality policies and mainly singing folk songs and drinking in coffee houses all night long all over the village and just ripe for picking and being impressed with diatribe. The more you argued with them, the more they were falling in love. Essentially these pre and war baby ladies however were mainly raised and schooled in the old tradition. 

     The major distinction of a "War Baby" like myself and a "Baby Boomer" is that I was brought up in the more "Old Country" inner city with family ties and traditions and Baby Boomers were then brought up in the distant suburbs far from other family, all scattered and now with a motivational drive "to live up to the Jones's and be free at last, free at last, from the living up to the obnoxious relatives and mostly obnoxious cousins. All living so nearby and who you were also being negatively compared with by at least one of your parents. If not, your “living close by relatives” were always present and schnurring and meddling in your family affairs and instigating fights between your parents. Whao! You should have witnessed my American born mother’s loyalties to her six brothers! 

     Soon after the highway system was built, there then became mainly from inordinately high inflation and wage and price controls, an immediate family economic need to drift away from the significant immediate other tradition of wife staying at home raising and minding the kinder (Opps! forgot that word also) and with the husband working all day to support the family in order to maintain their lifestyle they had come to cherish and love. Many of today’s politicians say it was the Women’s Lib Movement. That goes to show you how little they know?  So it was now both husband and wife off working all day and insignificant others or “you’re on your own Johnny, go play in the streets” in raising their children. The park and streets then became the playground to all hours. The scenario went something like, this; 

     “Jakey”, “Got to work a bit late tonight and you know that Dad of yours is in Vegas for 2 weeks?” “That Dad of yours is constantly away and never home alone here with me anymore!” Asking to herself, “he must have someone on the side?” “Jake, I’m leaving you money for lunch and to get some pizza tonight at the Pizza Joint!” “Don’t know what time I’ll be home!” But Jakey had a girlfriend Molly, whose Dad was also always away on business and whose mother worked as a barmaid at night. So Molly ate there also? Ate there?? Bought their drugs there! As a local Pizza shop or Candy store soon became a magnet for drug pushers who soon widely and frequently came to visit. Then after taking the drugs, that soon found Jakey and Molly “doing it” in the woods or under the wooden boardwalk with sharp wooden splinters mixed in with the sand! On the week-ends the venue became cozy and warm in whichever house Molly was baby sitting that night.  

     Sexual morality concerns of the young populous in America dropped to all time record levels. “Avant-Garde” was happening near everywhere. Perhaps in part from my dear friend Harold Katz’s, Esq,, winning the very famous landmark, “Banned in Boston”, Broadway musical “HAIR” case, in Federal District Court in Boston. Soon nudity and sexuality in the Arts appeared everywhere, including Topless bars. A new “Avant Garde” magazine of the same name even went so far as placing a unheard of B&W picture of a very attractive fully nude lady, very late in her full term, on its front cover!      While sexuality is normally No. 7 on everyone’s self-motivational scale, it now became forget the food, water, shelter, health, clothes and hygiene, but just give me “Drugs, Sex” and Love” to sustain one. This then blessed this country with an abundance of druggies and an inordinate amount of unwed mother’s with fatherless child and with re-thinking and now allowing abortions and the need for one’s boyfriend to pluck splinter’s or rustled-up leaves out of Molly’s behind before he finds out she’s with child and he then flies away free as a “Mayzie Bird”. This, leaving many an un-wed mother with only our miniscule social system to rely on or perhaps her parents! Hence, the “Love Child”, generation as an admixture of drugs hippie, folk and rock, started appearing, everywhere. In August ’69 it culminated in the very famous Woodstock Folk Festival where it was give me drugs and sex and people went days without food or water. Most didn’t even wear clothes. When one’s rear end of their motivational desires becomes their front end it then became a “New Age” of addiction. 

Shortly prior in ’66, ’67, there appeared on the scene for the more conservative and serious minded, the typical Single’s Bars and Discos. Where prior it was the Local Friendly Tavern with that all to present urine odor conflicting with the beer and whiskey smell and perhaps a Juke Box playing “Scotch and Soda”! These soon became where the in-crowd boys are and were they after work magnets in attracting very attractive single ladies all dressed up to kill in their finest high heels and office clothes and yet without a proverbial pot to pish in? These folk were then called Yuppies for their young urban upwardly mobile professional “label” conscious, live up to the Jones’s attitude”. And the stories these women bought into from these pseudo guys who represented to be, what they weren’t. But who always bought their drinks or had some free joints on them to entice them to go under the Boardwalk and then deal with some more splinters. Everyone started referring to them as “Downtown Trains” for they missed their Brains when G-d said “Get your Brains” and thought Trains and got on one and missed theirs!.” 

     And that's also how the need for one’s taking drugs in the US all began when prior, at worst, it was a typical High School “hood” dressed in black with the leather silver sequined studded motorcycle jacket and matching black stomping motorcycle boots shuffling along and who carried a small bottle of OTC “Chericol” with Codeine in his back pocket and who after High School, immediately didn’t pass go and went off to jail. Oh forgot! It was then, as is now, the lower 30% of one’s High School class, 10% went into the military, 10% went directly to jail and 10% became law enforcement agents. For the rest, they all went off to college and most likely didn’t become law enforcement agents, afterwards!   

     And lets not forget one’s corruption of the mind from an abundance of horrid video games in parlors where the youngin’s also went and gathered to waste their free time and if they weren’t “doing it” under the Boardwalk or in the woods! Many, knowing that Dad certainly won’t be home and Mom is surely coming home late, “did it” very disrespectfully even in their own home on Mom and Dad’s King or Queen sized horizontal playground. However, Mom was smart. When she did come home sooner then expected, she opened the door, sniffed around for marijuana as the school told her and directly went upstairs to her bedroom! Won’t tell you how many kids got caught by a very inquisitive Mom? And there went one’s overall hardly bred, mores, morals, scruples and respect, right down the drain!  

     Once I even met on Long Island’s, Long Beach boardwalk, a very enterprising young man who Gold or Silver plated the very wooden splinters he removed from his girlfriends behind from the night before of “doing it” , placed them on a appropriate chain and sold them as a necklace for $5.00 ea. All for his daily fix. 

     TV also became very mind corruptive and News reporting became the opinions of a panel of pundit experts and analysts, rather then just simply reporting the news as is. It also drove the Yuppie fantasy world using lavish living quarter stage settings for essentially those without a very pot to pish in to emulate. 

     When I went to college it was shameful for a family to send their good or poor grades kid off to Business College unless the family owned their own business as this poor grades kid could have easily gone to NYU's Business School, but rather ended up in a SAT-less academic program at the then Playboy style, Univ. of Miami, majoring in all forms of diving.! It was only when my Dad died in '64 that I had to get real with life! 

     Eventually these failing business school types who then got good grades in extolling propaganda then went on to Business Graduate “B" Schools like Harvard, Wharton and Stanford and were they taught every unethical way of earning money and making money for themselves and for the stockholders, so they could all be heroes while never forgetting Mom and Dad’s horizontal playground days of disrespect. As hero's and very selfish at that, they then demanded all sorts of outrageous salaries, benefits and bonus for themselves while exploiting their own workers. In many cases it was so bad, that it made one feel like being a communist. And what praytell is a “model” for doing business anyway? Either one has it in them or not and to be able to figure out how to make/import and sell something, all by themselves, to make a profit even if one is bad at math and can't figure or know the distinction of a mark up from a mark down, as they relate to Gross Profits. But now they also had to come up with a high faluting lexicon all their very own to distinguish these upidity up’s from the average untrained Joe businessman who is very successful in running his corner Candy Store. They used and adhered to these never used before neo-business terms as turning derivatives and debentures into debacles where prior it was traditionally called in business, a contra-alchemist turning Gold into Dreck!  

     This then resulted in these shady and corrupt Yuppie minded hero character’s being able to tell a good story speaking in a new and very impressive language, all their very own and confusing stockholder’s etc. and took charge and led to the downfall of major US corporations, including, GM, Ford, Chrysler, Enron, Tyco, WorldCom and the list goes on and on and while sophisticating something that wasn’t that sophisticated. They were same also that “Did It” for year’s long, to highly respected Banks, Insurance companies and Wall Street Brokers to collapse or near collapse had it not been for the government bailout rescue with cheap or even free money,  

      Where prior, corruption in business was a rarity, unless it included many known as “Organized Crime”. And let’s no forget the public sector with mainly out of Law School, corrupt politicians. 

     This movement also coincided with many college bound Americans wanting, Yuppie ”White collar” professional jobs rather then Blue collar! Knowing we were going to be un-able to compete labor wise with the upcoming third world nations in the “ring-of- fire” and South America, we then shifted most of our high cost production industry there and with our future production aimed at “Red China”, once the remembrances of the Vietnam War cooled down and where our “Think Tank” objectives were met, despite our withdrawal. We then focused on creating many “White Collar” service sector jobs and those of designing it here and producing it elsewhere rather cheaply to accommodate our “make it affordable for the masses” mentality rather then build it to last 500 years, like your European mentality. Actually this then came back to haunt us by Japan both building cars both inexpensively and to last 500 years. Where Detroit continued to build them inexpensively, sell them at high competing prices and with a three year old built-in obsolescence mentality. Where does this prove out? When one compares the re-sale price of a 100 M mile Japanese vehicle, to the same as Detroit’s comparable used offerings.  

     Here in the US and Canada we fund free education to ALL until the 12^th grade. Thereafter, it’s 4 years of high tuition college, then 4 years of high tuition Medical School, 1 year of un-paid internship, 2-3 years residency and then for a Brain Surgeon at least 5-7 years of operating room apprentice-ship before they’ll even allow one to operate alone. So when one adds it all up it can be 19-20 years without a decent income and during many of those years paying exorbitant tuitions. In Italy, free education for all only goes to the Eighth grade. Your college, not available to everyone, is our High School, so your physician’s are less educated and worldly then ours and ours have a lot more years invested to make up for. 

     Today, the US continues on its way to decline as did Roma, which decline has now been continuing for about 60 years and a lot due to taking much of the good curriculum out of education and where a recent High School grad didn’t know the distinction of what's perishable from what's non-perishable or doesn't even know the relationship of may or can to what's only possible and to that which is highly probable. 

     When you visited Holliston you asked me why are we so lousy at keeping up with our infra-structure which you felt was so poorly maintained? Essentially, remember, I had no answer for you.  If it keeps going this way essentially from poor education with dumb ignorant people in 100 short years, the US will be overtaken in the Western Hemisphere by Brazil and the rest of the Latin and Hispanic, South America. For Mexico, it will continue to just exist for just too much corruption and central government control inabilities or respect by its citizens.   

     In America, it’s a big concern now that we don’t accumulate much debt for our children and our children’s children. Believe me, my parents couldn’t care less or give a damn what debt I or my kinder were left with from World War II/Korean War and our dedicated efforts to stamp out Nazism,that madman, at any cost or the expensive “Cold War” commies. This in view that so many seniors, like myself, are now either wiped out of their retirement funds from either the skullduggery of the banks, Wall Street, Insurance companies or Madoff and living at best, Day-by-Day in fear of what’s going to happen next or who’s a “comin' a soon a knockin”, without any compassion, at my front door?  Where are their priorities now in a split personality viewed through a broken pair of binoculars peering into the future?    

     So indeed we don't have now in America free healthcare for all and as for most workers a two (2) week holiday a year for one working 5 or 10 years is the norm. Perhaps, after 15 or 20 years, 21 or 31 days. When I worked for Healthco, we only had an add-on benefit of a 1.22 factor for each salaried employee and where Freddie Loos had a 1.78 factor in "Einstein's" Ulm, Deutschland. Opps! Which just could have been your new language if not for the U.S. to the rescue with our just itching to fight and kill, kill, kill! 

     When I grew up, thanks to you, I had to drink every last drop of orange juice out of the glass on mother's orders for you starving children. It was said, you had none and who were scavenging the vermin lined putrid Strass’s, Platzes and Piazza’s for anything to eat.  

In fact, a family of four without employer Health benefit contribution now costs over US$21,000. 

     But Renato, now I just love “blood red” orange juice, can u send me some for this kid that once had to suffer through drinking Orange Juice to the very last drop all because of you? And with that, I now have to ask for your personal share of war reparations so that I don’t have to starve myself to death from buying expensive drugs in order to just stay alive. 

     Also in America you now pre-pay for cable and “Handy” service where in the past you paid after the service was rendered. Then they have the nerve if you don’t pre-pay, but like I, only pay after services are rendered, they call u late and negatively report you to the credit bureau. This, which instead of the gov’t getting in your face, now so do they! Actually the gov’t., has been pretty good lately. I’m waiting until the day they start charging, up front, loan shark interest at Shakespeare’s 50% levels, I think, learned from a merchant’s friend from a water logged smelly town about 25 miles up the road from you? 

     OH! I forgot here in the US, many pay no income tax and we don’t have VAT tax. Cash business and workers on tips most never report all their cash to the IRS! Can you imagine of one owned a cash only Amusement Park, Vending Machine Business or McDonald’s? Anything else is reported by the payer, or traceable back to Bank check deposits direct to IRS. Cash, if it’s spent and not deposited, no one knows! We need to change our taxation to a non-regressive VAT, but better than France. From all the cash that is not reported to the IRS and which would become taxable under a new non- regressive VAT tax, we could handsomely afford free healthcare for all Americans! 

     Here in the U.S. now just about 85 % or now a bit more of our domestic economy relies on domestic consumption and about 15% on exports. You folk have a dangerously reliant 50/50 balance and thusly we don’t need you to export to, but you need us! 

     So please send money, TV and car! Once, a weekly request of my post-war Romanian relatives.

QUALITY HEALTHCARE CAN BE LESS EXPENSIVE, HERE’S HOW!

    For Healthcare to advance further out of regression, we must now do an immediate about face. Until just about the middle of the last century the practices of medicine and dentistry and that of non-profit hospitals were mainly run ethically and not-for-profit, This allowing only a shingle to be hung or a practice announcement to be mailed by their respective professional organizations. Once the “for profit” winged tip and corner office insurance company mentality entered onto the scene they started controlling the professions and through managed care the quality of Healthcare we all received. Substantial competition between practices came to be, where prior there was none. This was soon followed by many not-for-profit hospitals all managed and run by Physicians to be replaced by, Yop! The winged tips! With a massive effort to buy up these Hospitals and make them, all for profit. And where, perhaps, in prior years, a patient may have received a free or low cost Aspirin. Now that same Aspirin is billed out at $5.00.  

     This is about the fifth time since the late 60’s, early 70’s, that attempts have been made to lower Healthcare costs in America. First with the advent of closed panel HMO’s to directly compete with fee for service insurance. Second, Kennedy’s proposed healthcare bill for children, third, open panel HMO’s and Managed Care and Utilization, then Clinton’s initiatives which never came to be and now, once again, Obama. 

     In the first instance, closed panel HMO’s similar to Kaiser Permenente were established with government assistance to directly compete with fee for service insurance companies, only ending up eventually owned by Insurance companies. Proposed Co-op’s seem to be similar and will end up like-wise. Kennedy’s proposed child healthcare bill’s projected manpower shortages resulted in near catastrophe of over production of Physicians and Dentists when it didn’t come to be and which near starved them to death for lack of patients. Lastly, savings from Managed Care and Utilization unto itself is a joke, all unto itself, with managed care companies who serve the insurance industry to save money, ending up wasting money with paying high salaries and located in very high rent districts, rather then the low rent variety. 

    Today, a major source of physician and dental manpower is the importation from foreign countries of providers. However, in such countries, public school is to the eighth or tenth grade and their high school is considered our 4 years of college. In today’s high cost world, a domestically trained neuro-surgeon spends 4 years of high tuition college, 4 years of high tuition Medical School, one year of high tuition internship and a minimum 2-3 years residency. Then a long period of OR apprentice assistance experience before they could even call themselves a full fledged brain surgeon. If one was to enter college between 17 and 18 it could be until they reached age 40 until they can make any money, let alone pay back all the tuition loans or cost. Let’s also consider that during the 22 years they didn’t make very much in income. While a lawyer is out in 3 years with the same high faluting doctorate degree, no less, and at today’s fees and begins to charge $250. an hour, still wet behind the ears. Lawyers are the first one to sue if a bridge a dentist prepared were to fail and which the dentist didn’t replace at gratis! Did you ever try to sue a lawyer or even find a lawyer willing to sue another lawyer on your behalf? In many states if you do, you then have to prove to the Court that you would have won your case had it not been for the lawyer you’re suing screwing up. 

    If one listens to the politicians, media and pundits, the finger seems to always wrongly point to both the Medical and Dental professions. As excerpted from my recent book, “The Saychel Chronicles and Cookbook”, in the 2000 census, the percentage of the total Healthcare bill attributable to physicians and dentists actually dropped while every other provider of services, Hospital care, drugs and devices, went up in near double digits as follows; 

“      The total national healthcare bill approximated $1.3 trillion dollars in the year 2000 or 13.2% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Of that, all Professional Services combined was $422.1 Billion or 32.4%, Hospital Care $412.1 Billion or 31.7%, Nursing Home and Home Healthcare $124.7 Billion or 9.6% and Retail Outlet Sales of Medical Products $171.5 Billion or 13.2%.  

Dentistry had actually gone down .5% from 1990 to the year 2000 and Medical, approximately .6% for the same period. All other categories essentially run or managed by Big Business such as, Hospital care, Personal Health care, Nursing Home and Home Health Care, Retail Outlet Sales of Medical Products, Prescription Drugs and other medical products have all gone up significantly, during the same period in percentages of the total healthcare cost.” 

     The most savings can be realized by employing a new way of paying for the care for visits to the General Primary Physician or General Dentist’s which the Public Health Service came up with and explored several decades ago. Reasonably pay both monthly, on a per capita basis, for all the adults and children registered with their practice, regardless of any visits for that month. Only referrals get paid on a managed care fee for service basis or for services and fees beyond that of the General Monthly Managed Care allowance provided to the General Care physician or dentist. A check up would be included but a diagnostic test wouldn’t and gets paid directly by the insurance company or payer. A denture would be included but the dental laboratory bill would be sent directly to the payer. 

    

To further lower our healthcare costs here is what I additionally propose; 

1. Make Insurance and Managed Care & Utilization companies move to the low rent district. 

2. Allow physician’s and dentist’s to enter medical and dental school after successful completion of an approved pre-med, pre-dent accredited curriculum taught at Community Colleges or special two year curriculums at regular college. 

3. Allow for greater numbers of Primary Care Physician’s and Nurse Practitioners to initially diagnose and treat non-invasive or non- serious diseases and refer them at the level of their competency to specialist physicians. 

4. Allow for a greater number of states allowing for specially trained certified expanded duty dental auxiliaries to perform certain diagnosis and reversible procedures under the direct supervision of the Dentist. 

5. Actively recruit foreign physicians and dentists after completion of an approved one (1) year qualifying curriculum taught in their own country and with the assistance of U.S.

Funding for General Practice. 

6. Establish realistic fee structures based on real time and motion studies under normal and practical clinical conditions and not one’s based on ideal conditions as done in the past.  

7. Pay an incentive bonus on production including time well spent on the golf course. 

8. Assign a collective territory of each internist or family physician or primary provider group within the territory to provide in-home Nurse Practitioner house calls taking the burden off the ER and EMT’s. Also set up a cooperative emergency week-end clinic of all practitioners in a CO-OP within the territory as like Vets now do.   

9. Provide a semi-emergency equipped vehicle for each Nurse Practitioner. 

10. Pay for the attendance to certified continuing education courses. 

11. Make Insurance and Managed Care company employees work in uniforms to minimize those with a passion for the highly expensive corner windowed office and a desire for the low rent district rather then the high rent. 

12. Allow insurance and managed care in-house executives, 1 tax-free, 3 hour lunch per month. 

13. No company cars for in-house insurance and managed care executives. 

14. Government low cost funding options of purchase or leasing expensive medical device equipment for physician offices, clinics and hospitals. 

15. Eliminate media advertising to the consumer of prescriptive drugs. 

16. Prohibit the Primary Care Physician from referring minor surgeries such as boil lancing or splinter removal. 

17. Negotiate lowest price for non-generic prescription drug costs. 

18. Expand patent protection for 10 more years if cooperating. If not, take away patent protection in 17years. 

19. Issue tax credits for new Drug and Medical Device development. 

20. Significantly reduce Hospital stay costs by putting you up at the Ritz with your own personal 24/7 Nurse Practitioner and a NY strip steak/Lobster and a finest wine for dinner.   

21. Convert all emergency vehicles to hybrid. 

22. The ability to lease or rent expensive small equipment and expensive cameras for research projects rather then allow them to simply walk out the door when the research is completed. 

23. Require Primary Care Physicians to have X-ray units for routine Orthopaedics and GI series. 

24. Return as many hospitals to non-profit, run by doctors, status or like the old way where one didn’t have to pay $5.00 for a single Aspirin. 

25. Stop one of the biggest rip off’s of all by pharmacies. For Senior’s who have part D Social Security. Charge the lower of the co-pay plus the payment to the Part D insurance company from that of the pharmacies everyday low generic pricing. Usually the co-pay is even higher then the pharmacies everyday low price. 

26. Physician’s have to be taught to think beyond the very minute before them or what’s now called out-of-the-box! Just last week, I had a profuse nose bleed which landed me into the ER with sirens a blaring. Prior to the nose bleed being arrested, I was given a muscle relaxant by IV to calm me down. Twenty minutes after the nose bleed stopped and I was ready to be released with this thing sticking up my nose, I was then asked to pish in this cup. Now if you think I was then able to, having taken the muscle relaxant, think otherwise. However they wouldn’t release me without. Now to induce me to pish, they now hooked me up to IV Saline Solution for 45 minutes, where a beer would have worked a lot sooner. After another hour in the ER it finally worked as they disconnected me and handed me that cup again. For this added hour of ER time, it had to cost between, $1500. to $2000. Where had they asked me to pish prior to the muscle relaxant, I would have been then willing and ready.
